TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions apply to sales of goods to individual consumers. Sales of goods to businesses are subject to separate terms, which will be conveyed before the point of purchase.

We try our best to reflect our products as accurately as possible in the description and in photographs. However, as all our products are handmade there may be slight variations in colour, shape & size. Whilst we keep our website (including Etsy) updated regularly we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

All products displayed in our online shop are subject to stock. We will endeavour to contact you should an item you have ordered be out of stock. It is the responsibility of all customers to check that the contents of their shopping bag are correct before completing their order. We cannot compensate for any delivery delays that may occur because of mistakes made at the checkout.

All prices displayed include VAT & taxes where necessary. Prices do not include delivery costs which are calculated at the checkout. For more information on indicative delivery costs, please check our Shippings & Returns page.

Please make sure the e-mail address you provide to us is correct as all order confirmations are sent to that e-mail address. It is also your responsibility to provide us with correct billing and delivery details. Any incorrect information may delay your order.

All orders are packaged in a protective envelope or box. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused once the parcel has left us. We endeavour to live by our values and will seek to repair, where possible, any damaged items. Compensation for broken or damaged items must be claimed by the customer through the carrier service used for delivery. If you miss a delivery, you must pursue the parcel through the service used to deliver them and arrange collection from the relevant depot. Agnes LDN does not accept any liability in the case that you have not collect a parcel that you have been duly notified to collect. If the parcel is returned to sender, you will be charged an additional postage fee to send the parcel again. If you decide to end the contract (excluding personalised orders, which can only be returned if damaged), your refund will be for the returned goods excluding the postage.
