Shipping Policy

We currently use Royal Mail for all our shipping. We send everything 'signed for' unless you specify otherwise as we don't want anything to go astray, please take this into consideration when choosing your delivery address. 

Everything is made to order. We aim to dispatch all products within 5 working days of receiving your order for UK orders.

Please select 1st class or 2nd class at the checkout. 

ROYAL MAIL 48 - £2.99

Standard UK shipping, 2-3 days service by Royal Mail. This service is available on any order value including Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

ROYAL MAIL 24 - £3.99

A faster 24 hours service by Royal Mail available on any order value including Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

***Please note that Royal Mail 24 is not a guaranteed 24 hour delivery service and during peak times it can take longer for Royal Mail to process packages through their network.

Note Royal Mail do not provide tracking outside of the UK so we are unable to accept responsibility for lost parcels outside of Europe.

We aim to package our products in eco friendly packaging, please help us by recycling or reusing our packaging

Return & Exchange Policy

We are sure you will be happy with your order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are able to process a refund for the items as long as we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the goods subject to the conditions set out below. 

To request a refund or exchange please email with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.

We will then provide you with the returns address and will then inspect the returns and we will inform you of whether the return/exchange has been approved.

If any products arrive damaged please contact us and we will try to arrange to repair them for you. If they're beyond repair and within 90 days of the purchase day we will issue you a full refund or exchange. At Agnes LDN we believe in the principles of 'refuse, reduce, reuse (& repair), recycle and rot' therefore we will always strive to help customers repair their products, please get in touch if you have any questions.

If the refund is due to shipping error or damaged goods Agnes LDN will cover the cost of returning the item. In all other cases you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to Agnes LDN.

Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.

Products which have been used, e.g. milk bags and made to order/personalised products are not suitable to be returned unless faulty. 

Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the refund within 14 days of the item being received. For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time.
