About the Event

Are you interested in starting your own business or maybe you've already started? Then this event is for you. Join Sophie from Agnes LDN as she hosts a panel talking to some of our favourite female founders, who're putting the planet first in their businesses. There will also be an opportunity to ask the panelists your own questions afterwards.

THE PANELISTS

Lucy is the co-founder of Lucy and Yak which she started back in 2017 with no investment and no background in fashion. Her and Chris decided to quit their jobs and go travelling where they ended up in India with the idea to make dungarees to earn enough money to keep travelling. They met Ismail and have helped him build his own factory which now employs 60 staff. The brand has grown exponentially since then and have just launched its own Made in Britain range crafted by a small team of tailors based in Barnsley.

Sarah created her own plant-based skincare blends to help restore her sister, Lauren's skin when she was recovering from leukaemia. From a full ingredient list on the front label, to their curated organic, plant-based collection and eco-friendly packaging, every aspect has been carefully designed to enhance your overall wellbeing and have a positive environmental impact.

Winner of 8 industry-leading product awards, including their Organic Facial Oil being awarded the Best Skincare Product (for the second year in a row) and Best Facial Oil at the 2019 Beauty Shortlist Awards.

THE HOST

Founded by Sophie in 2018, Agnes LDN aims to help make sustainable choices easier for everyone.
